While the first Republican debate on Thursday was lively and revealing, even providing opportunity for some of the candidates to speak about their faith in Christ, it is unlikely that any of the candidates, as popular and influential as they are, will be impacting people’s lives 500 years from now as has the person we will profile this weekend on The Christian Worldview—the great Scottish Reformer John Knox. Who is John Knox, and how can someone who lived five centuries ago be relevant for us today? Dr. Steven Lawson, pastor and author of John Knox—Fearless Faith, will join us this weekend on The Christian Worldview to talk about Knox’s life, character, and courage and how Christian’s today can learn and act on his example.
