"What is God's will for my life?" It's a serious question that is asked by believers of all ages facing all kinds of decisions and uncertainty. As Jill Briscoe explains, you cannot know the will of God until you find God and get to know Him personally – or at least slow down long enough for Him to find you! God does not intend for His will to be a mystery to us. In fact, He makes it perfectly clear in His word. What can we learn from the stories of the Bible... from how Jesus handled certain situations? A great deal! Through this teaching, you'll learn how you can know God's will for your life and then begin to apply it in practical ways. Are you ready to surrender your plans if it means you will accomplish His?

Most of us feel like we're juggling so many roles and responsibilities - in our homes, families, workplaces, social activities. How do we balance all of these things while being the reflection of Christ to the people we encounter every day? In this message, Jill teaches how we can use the example of the conscientious Proverbs 31 woman to have the Lord's heart for the world around us. This is the final message in Jill's 4-message series, Queen of Hearts, on the Proverbs 31 woman.

Most mothers want their children to "arise and call her blessed." But in today's culture, it's increasingly difficult to raise godly kids. How and when should you talk to your children about God? In this message, Jill offers a map to finding God's idea of family, gives practical ways of explaining biblical concepts to children, and shows how important a role a mother plays in her children's spiritual lives. This is the 3rd message in Jill's 4-message series, Queen of Hearts, on the Proverbs 31 woman.

"Perfect" marriages don't just happen - but they are possible! In this message, Jill shares wisdom gleaned from her own marriage to show that, like the Proverbs 31 woman, you can become "queen of your husband's heart" and do your part in making your marriage all that that God wants it to be. This is the 2nd message in Jill's 4-message series, Queen of Hearts, on the Proverbs 31 woman.

Ever feel overwhelmed trying to live up to expectations? We all look for affirmation and appreciation - but from whom? In this message, Jill explains what it means to be "Queen of the Lord's Heart" and how this important role can lift that burden of expectations so we can be free to be unselfconscious and be able to do what we need to do. This is the 1st message in Jill's 4-message series, Queen of Hearts, on the Proverbs 31 woman.

How do you stay when you really want to go? It's not easy. Abigail was a woman stuck in a difficult marriage with a difficult husband. But instead of being angry and vindictive, she showed godly wisdom and self-control in diffusing tensions, and remained committed to her marriage. In this message, Jill Briscoe walks us through Abigail's story and gives us an example of how to deal with the difficult people in our own lives. Based on 1 Samuel 21-25, this is the 7th message in Jill's 8-message study of women in the Old Testament.

When we think of influential leaders, we often think of those who make bold statements, those who are aggressive or loud. But not all change happens that way. Ruth changed her world using humble acts of love and kindness. Despite her circumstances, Ruth spent her life in service. She lived a life that exemplified love to those around her, particularly in caring for her mother-in-law, Naomi. Jill Briscoe teaches us how much we can learn from Ruth about being a true friend. This is the 6th message in Jill's study of women in the Old Testament and is taken from the book of Ruth and 1 Corinthians 13.

Every day we fight battles: teaching our kids to clean up their toys, dealing with difficult co-workers or family members, getting society to clean up the environment. But even though these battles are big, there is an even bigger war going on - a spiritual one. While we know that God is the ultimate victor, we live every day surrounded by Satan's armies. The judge and prophetess Deborah was surrounded by not only a spiritual war but a physical one! God gave her the gifts and talents she needed to complete the task He gave her. In this message from Judges, Jill shares with us Deborah's story and shows us how we, too, can respond to God and find our roles in this great battle.

Have you ever felt wrongly judged? Rahab was someone who was judged for her outer appearance. A harlot, known for keeping brothels within Jericho, no one would have believed by simply looking at her that she was seeking God. Thankfully, God looks beyond what man sees to the desires of our hearts, and changes us from the inside out. This is the 4th message in Jill Briscoe's series Women Who Changed Their World. Joshua 2-6 & James 2
