We have been studying the Gospel of Mark with Pastor Jeff, we have learned that the religious leaders of Jesus’s day, where consumed with outward cleanliness.  But Christ taught that God is concerned about internal purity. Outward appearances are irrelevant when dealing with eternity. The sad truth is, that this religious mind set is still prevalent in many of America’s churches.
