The world has a mentality in order to be successful you gotta step on people to get ahead. However for the Christian, success in ministry is obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The Apostle Paul was mighty in the ministry because he was sensitive to Gods guiding. This practical and yet often difficult practice for us, because of self-dependency.
