It’s righteousness that exalts a nation! Without it, a nation quickly begins to decline. Both Lincoln and Washington understood this and sought to incentivize it for the sake of our country.  We continue in the book of Joshua who is incentivizing his fellow countrymen – starting with the tribe of Benjamin.
