It takes passion to win a major race. An athlete trains, sheds unneeded weight, and prepares to face his challengers. Taking the gospel to a resistant culture is no different. Without a passion for the gospel, and for the Lord, tangible results will be hard to come by. The Apostle Paul’s passion was clear. He was ready to die so that his hearers might live.
