Sometimes we think the gospel is a matter of persuading people to consider Christ. Today, we’ll find it’s much more. The Bible calls the gospel “the power of God.” That word “power” in Greek is the word that gives us “dynamite” in English.” That power began to be felt in the early church, and today we’ll begin tracing the impact the gospel made in the first century.
