When history culminates in the return of Jesus, democracy will have run its course. He’ll appear in glory, radiating absolute authority. And as He descends from heaven, He’ll slay His enemies with a sharp sword, then set up a world government headquartered in Jerusalem. These future events, outlined in the Bible, will certainly come to pass.
