The real Jesus: He's much more than a good excuse to sell Christmas presents. He is the Lord of glory and the Lamb of God. And as that Lamb, He came to offer Himself as an atonement for the sins of all mankind. The real Jesus had a mission far beyond setting a good example. He came to transform people, not merely inspire them. And that took a supreme sacrifice.
