It was a night of terror. The angel of death swept throughout Egypt, killing the firstborn of every family whose doorpost had no blood. The Passover was the last plague to make Pharaoh let the Israelites go. But it was more than that. It foreshadowed a future sacrificial Lamb, whose blood would save people eternally.
