We have the luxury of texting, e-mailing, skyping, or other forms of communicating. None of these equal the encouragement it brings to someone to see him or her in person. Paul understood this and that is why he traveled to different cities to minister to people. He knew it was important in discipleship to not just lead them to God but to follow up. We believe in a God who came down in person and lived among us here on earth before dying for our sins. We ought to follow the Lord’s prompting and show up wherever He leads us in person – at work, at a neighbor’s, a friend’s, or even a different country.
