The Lord knows the future. His counsel will stand through time, as it did throughout history. He also knows those who are His, through their faith in His Son Jesus. But, whether in death or in life, God will deliver His people from the bonds of evil.

If you’ve been emotionally or physically abused, and you feel too damaged or ashamed to come to God, be encouraged. God wants you to know His love, and He wants you to get to know Him in a personal way. His desire is to make you a brand new person through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The God of the Jews is also the God of the Gentiles. Salvation is available for all of us. He sent His Son Jesus down to earth to die on a cross for all of our sins. He will not turn away anyone who comes to Him.

Too often, we’ve grown cold to God’s simple, and yet profound blessings. When we’re grateful for the little things, the wind and the rainfall will even amaze us. Christ will create a perfect environment when He returns and sets up His Kingdom. So, imagine if we start to appreciate what He’s already given us.

If God is big enough to water the whole earth, then He can keep us from thirst, through the refreshing of the Holy Spirit. God’s ways are higher than ours, and His thoughts are bigger than anything we could possibly imagine. He is all knowing, all powerful, and always with us.

The Lord is asking us why would you choose not to return to Him? God, who has mercy on us will pardon all of our sins if we would just let go of our worldly desires and come to Him. God has something far better for us. The water of Life which comes from the Holy Spirit, and never leaves us thirsty.

The title of this message almost sounds like a question you would ask a friend or family member. But, God has extended this invitation to all the world. He’s asking us to come to Him, and He wants to know why we choose to continue on a path that only leads to destruction.

The future will be under God’s form of justice. This means hope for the nations of that day, and those who choose Christ as their Savior will live in peace. Right now, God is on the move. Things are stirring up around the world, but everything that happens is under God’s watchful eye. He has and always will be in control.

Our God is a God who restores. The one who has gone without will have, the one who is suffering will be comforted, and the one who is barren will be fruitful. The future for those who trust in the Lord will mean an end to shame and heartache.

All the sins of the world was laid on Jesus. He was despised and rejected, and yet He still chose to die on the cross to redeem us. Our unbelief is now the only thing that can separate us from the Savior.
