What is Generosity
Today, Howard and Steve talk about what the Bible says about being generous and how to measure it. Next, they answer questions at 800-525-7000 and MoneyWise@Compass1.org:
- "I am 68 years old. I have 179K in an IRA and have been retired for three years. Should I start taking money out of the IRA and put it in savings or should I leave it and continue to let it grow?"
- "A friend of mine has talked to me about investing in the Iraqi dinar. It seems a little fishy to me and I am unsure about it. Is this a wise idea?"
- "I am not currently contributing to my retirement. I have an old 401K that was rolled into an IRA account that has about 25K in it. We cannot contribute because of car loans and credit card and medical debt. We would like to take the money out of the IRA and pay off bills and have moeny in savings. Is this a wise idea?"
