Depression. Even the work itself brings you down into the darkness. It depends on the state of your mind when you hear bad news, how far down and depressed you become. Despair is even worse. It can bring you down to your knees and even deeper darkness that can keep you there feeling like there is no way out.
This, of course, is a lie from Satan himself. He hates you. He doesn't want you to know that it is a lie and that Jesus loves you more than you could ever imagine.

There are times when you absolutely feel like you are surroundedby enemies and you know who they are. There are other times when you can’t put your finger on theproblem or where it is coming from but you know there issomething wrong Flareups seem to happen out of no where and before you know ityou’re in a full-blown war zone This could happen at home, at work, shopping, anytime andanywhere. We need to know our enemy as well as our Friend Our enemy is satan Satan would have us upset and full of fear and anxiety all of thetime; remember he is a liar1 Peter 5:88 Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant andcautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams aroundlike a lion roaring [ [a] in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize uponand devour. Our Friend is Jesus Attacks come in many forms: Gossip, false accusations, the listgoes on. Hate, and satan is hate; he hates us, and he can come upwith many ways to make a life miserable, if we let him. Jesus is love, He loves us immeasurably, and wants us to have anabundant and joyful life, feeling free of fear and anxiety. God, as I said, is love. Because he loves us He will correct us.This can be uncomfortable and we think He is mad at us for lettingus go through something that we don’t particularly want to gothrough.

Since December we have had our share of Alligators! Most of it on the heels of the other.
1. Cataract surgery that did not turn out the way it should. and what followed was unreal.
2. Three of the family cars broke down at the same time. leaving us all with no transportation and costly to repair. Two cars where beyond repair had to be junked.
3. Came home from radiation treatments to a septic system problem.
These are just a few issues we have faced since this year started. At this writing we also have had two dear life-long friends who passed away within a few days of each other.

13 And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory
· Have you been trying everything you and your friends can think of to fix your problems and nothing is working? May even get worse.
· Is prayer a part of your life? Or do you think it isn’t necessary to communicate with God or include Him in your problems? You think He wouldn’t understand anyway and who needs Him judging me for making so many mistakes.
· Are you trying everything and you figure prayer is the last thing to do; nothing seems to be working
· Or do you even believe there is a God who loves you beyond measure?
· Do you have a hard time believing God’s Promises-they are true; He cannot lie
· We cannot get to know someone without spending time with them, and that principle includes God.
· Are you spending time in God’s Word learning His attributes and His personality?
· He is a wonderful Friend and the line to Him is always open

Are you living with victory in the middle of your problems?You may be thinking “I have two mountains on either side of me that I can’t get over, go around or climb. How could I be living with victory?” We call our ministry Living with Victory for a reason, because we know that you can be living with victory right in the middle of your worst problem. We have lived it. Let’s face it, we go from problem to problem to problem. You leave one, turn around and bump right into another one. I don’t think there is anyone living without at least one problem. They usually come in a package and are varied. We have been there and are there, but we have the victory in the midst of them. You say, how? Easy, add Jesus to the mayhem (mix). It is amazing how he walks you through it step by step when you decide to trust Him. He said “His Grace is sufficient” and it is true. Listen to how He helped Laureen through her fight with breast cancer (Providing her Doctor, and His Peace).
