In chapter fourteen of Isaiah, the prophet writes concerning the evil leaders of Babylon as they are the ones inspiring the people to do evil. But then he segues into describing who it is that is inspiring those evil leaders! It’s none other than satan himself, the accuser of the brethren and adversary of God and Christianity. He’s still very much at work in the world today.
