The Psalmist had one provision to deal with life - the Word. It was his guide, his wisdom, his confidence and his strength. God will use human systems and programs, but a man and his Bible is all that is needed. The Bible is 'Inspired'- God breathed. God's living word in a man's heart is transforming.
