There is no great arena in life for the Grace of God to be displayed than that of human relationships. At work, in our marriages, in the church-are we graceful in our relationships? Pure grace ushers the believer into a relationship with God as it wonderfully establishes, sustains and satisfies our souls to the fullest for the duration of our journey in life with Him.

The Christian life follows no path, has no system, and guarantees nothing in the natural world. Sometimes there is pain, inexplicable loss and heartache - where there is no good considered as a valid trade off. The Gospel of Grace made martyr’s, not self-oriented people who wanteed to live a lifestyle short of God's design for them. They all thought it worthy. It was about God's work in their hearts for heaven was not to be avoided, it was their reward!

The quality of meekness is one of the deep keys to becoming like Jesus Christ. This quality will not answer your deepest questions or alleviate your deepest pain, but it will keep you in the race despite your pain. It will keep you from quitting and will help you overcome the pain of unjust suffering. Meekness is a quality that promotes the believer in their own soul and allows God to make them able ministers. Meekness has an eternal reward attached to it, and we find it magnified in what many have called the Psalm of the Cross.

Lewis Sperry Chafer said next to the person and work of God, spiritual warfare is the doctrine of most importance. Spiritual warfare is not a flat tire in rush hour—give Satan more credit than that. It is subtle, often easily camouflaged in human relationships, areas of discontentment, unbridled pride, and non-sanctified priorities. Any area of our life not submitted to God is an arena in which the devil looks for a foothold.
