We need to be brought back to God's Word in our approach to ministry. The church is not a business selling a product to consumers. We are farmers going out to sow a seed, or fisherman going out to fish.

We don't seem to want to become mature as a society. You could argue that the church is beginning to do the same. We don't want to get into perfectionism, but we must look at the end goal of finishing mature in Christ.

It can be tempting to tweak the gospel to make it more acceptable, but then what you're teaching or sharing is no longer the gospel, so you've done nothing. We need to stick to the message and simply alter our approach depending on the person.
