Ron and Nan Deal walk us through the events in 2009 that took the life of their 12-year old son, Connor. He complained of a headache; then it went to a cough, and then a fever. Doctors in urgent care assured them he would be better soon. Instead he got worse. Later Connor was rushed to the hospital, then med-flighted to the Dallas' Children's Hospital for pneumonia caused by MRSA, which caused organ failure and tragically, death.
