As we get things started today, you might find your place in Psalm forty-two. It’s there we find a twofold remedy for discouragement. The first is obvious – that is to talk to God. And the second is not so obvious! In fact it may even surprise you – but it’s to talk to yourself.  You could sum it all up in a word – hope!
