America has been infected by a cancer that is causing many to hate our country rather than love it and serve to make it better or to correct and mend what needs fixing. It is too easy to complain about what is not right rather than serve to make things better. Lack of love for our country is thanks to the indoctrination in the school system that is producing a lot of dissatisfaction with our country and some take it even a step further to literally express hatred for our country.

In this series we have established that the destruction of Christianity is the real goal of opposing ideologies like Marxism and nothing reveals that better than the persecution against believers around the world. Humbling ourselves before God, praying, seeking wisdom from God and abandoning our evil behavior, that is our great resource. This is where we should start so God can intervene in our favor.

As time goes by more and more people are becoming aware of the existing cultural war. Sadly, the majorities are still in an attitude of apathy in spite of the fact that they continue to ask why things are in such a bad state and there seems to be no apparent solution. It is a reality that ideas have consequences. Ideologies determine a person’s beliefs and behaviors which is how culture is created.

The term race is often used to classify people based almost solely on physical characteristics. Based on biblical history, the term race is incorrect. We are all one race—the human race. Let us establish this very clear, the human family shares a common origin. Biblically and scientifically there is no defense of racism. America was formed by immigrants who came and gladly accepted and conformed to the biblical values for society. The real solution to racism lies in that we return to be a nation under the God of the Bible once again.

As we close this topic for now we can see how whoever controls the language, controls the culture. It has become a war of words that represent ideologies. We cannot deny that right now the left is winning. The consequences are everywhere. However, this doesn't have to overtake us as we learn the power of words and how we can use them effectively with God's help.

But not just through the power of positive thinking but through renewing you mind according to God’s Word.

The most amazing example we have about the power of words is when God spoke, and it was so. Words have the power to create. You can think yourself into a depression, stress, and misery and frustration. Ideas have consequences and produce after their own kind. The power to use words is a unique and powerful gift from God. But this does not mean we get to begin to believe that we can do whatever we want like gods.

Let us not close our eyes and ignore the real problem and cause of horrendous tragedy. Let us acknowledge the real cause that contributed to these horrific acts of bloodshed. We have ignored and betrayed all the values and statutes God has given us to live by and we are reaping the consequences. We know exactly what to do to be healed as a nation as summarized in 2 Chronicles 7:14.

Love is the greatest power at work between God and man, and between man and man. Love is also the most destructive power against the domain of darkness. Nothing demonstrates and communicates the gospel as clearly as love. Nothing is as relationally healing as love. And when love is lacking, it is the evidence of the influence of the devil. We need courage to fight as culture warriors like New Testament spiritual warriors. We need strong determination not to give an inch of ground, regardless of changes in societal values and government policy.

Spiritual warfare is not a metaphor. It is very real and very dangerous. It is not for the faint of heart, though in the rage of battle every warrior feels the temptation to faint from the fight. Soldiers have to be reminded to stand firm. They must remember that there is a cause and comrades that need defending and an enemy that must be defeated at all cost. We need courage to fight as culture warriors.

Being watchful and never letting our guard down is key to spiritual success in our walk with the Lord. When we talk about being watchful, I think of how God told Gideon to select his army for the battle to free Israel from the oppression of the Midianites. I assure you Gideon did not feel like a mighty warrior. There was no doubt that God had clearly had fought for Gideon and his army. That is the same God who is with us today.

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.

About Nena Arias

Nena Arias

Is one of thirteen siblings; born, raised and educated in California. She was brought up in a Christian home, however her personal commitment to Christ happened at the age of seventeen which also included a simultaneous call to missionary work which she embraced with her whole heart. She answered this call and up until the present is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband, Ramon. Nena is an accomplished singer/minister and conference speaker. Her ministry for the last 40 years has taken her to several continents and nations such as, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Canada and all across the continental United States and Hawaii.
