Satirical or not, we don’t have to filter through this article what we see and know is happening all around us as written in this article to know it is a reality. The homosexual preference is playing to the emotions of people and using emotions against God to get society to be more accepting of these preferences. God loves people but not their sin.

Each generation is born with a responsibility upon its shoulders to make this world a better place than how they found it. Clearly in America, generations past have come up wanting because our present national status leaves much to be desired; all this mess and chaos didn’t happen overnight. Every ideology and philosophy of life has a source, therefore, an agenda.

These are certainly chaotic times we have never lived before in our generation. This is not to say all these things have never happened before, we just have never lived them in our lifetime to this degree. Truly, with God, desperate times can be blessings in disguise, he has proven this time and time again. The deeper the darkness the brighter the light shines.

Once we have elected our legislators, our job doesn’t end there, as a matter of fact, it is just beginning. We need to let them know we are watching them by keeping track of their voting record.

It never pays to try to cover up a misdeed or illegal act. The situation will only get worse and you find the pit becoming deeper and deeper. Definitely the Bible warns about the tongue. The book of James dedicates almost an entire chapter to speak about the tongue. Mankind must value and love truth. We are only as good as our word. Let us speak the truth to enjoy freedom from the fear of being found a liar.

It is obvious this commandment is intended to protect us against defamation of character and to uphold an honest person’s reputation. Sadly, we must be honest to admit that lying and bearing false witness are so natural they seem to be the normal thing to do. A person who lies does great harm, which is why children need to be taught very young to prefer truth or bear the consequences.

"He who guards his mouth protects his life, but the one who opens his lips invites his own ruin" (Proverbs 13:3). What happens when someone lies to you? Guarding what we say is of utmost importance because a person is only as good as his or her word. A person whose word is no good cannot expect to be trusted. Their words will be of little value. One who practices lying is committing a serious offence in the sight of God. It is among the abominations that God hates and condemns.

The damage many times is irreparable and a person’s credibility and character will have been damaged beyond repair. The behavior of bearing false witness, or lying, is so serious before God that he made it one of his Ten Commandments to make it clear how he views this action. Everyone of us has to choose if we are going to be a part of that body of Christ against the very gates of hell or not. The right spiritual foundation is still there; it is still intact despite the distortions of man because that foundation is Jesus Christ.

Liberal theology and humanism crept into Christianity because not enough people were vigilant to defend the sound doctrine. To liberal theology, the God of the Bible is an embarrassment. They hate the Old Testament because there are too many “thou shalts" and "thou shalt nots.” In many cases, Christianity has been reduced to something that is no more meaningful than nursery rhymes. The power of God's law lives on in spite of those who go out of their way to distort it. The truth cannot be suppresed.

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.

Nena Arias

Is one of thirteen siblings; born, raised and educated in California. She was brought up in a Christian home, however her personal commitment to Christ happened at the age of seventeen which also included a simultaneous call to missionary work which she embraced with her whole heart. She answered this call and up until the present is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband, Ramon. Nena is an accomplished singer/minister and conference speaker. Her ministry for the last 40 years has taken her to several continents and nations such as, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Canada and all across the continental United States and Hawaii.
