John Holdren, Pres. Obama's Science Czar, and author of "The Population Bomb", has called for forced sterilizations & abortions, and a 'Comprehensive Planetary Regime' with the power to enforce human reproduction restrictions. He's also wants an international police force to enforce this agenda.
