What should we as believers call ourselves?

March 28, 2021

The conclusion to the Lord’s Prayer indicates that God will only forgive people who have been nice to others. Doesn’t that contradict Grace? What should we as believers call ourselves? Should we expect many “mansions” or many “rooms” in heaven? What’s going on in Acts 19 when people had believed a message about repentance but still didn’t have the Spirit?

Our new identity in Christ is a popular topic in churches today. Believers have been made new, holy and acceptable – the righteousness of God!At the same time, it’s also popular to hear “self” taught as a bad word. We’re a perfect fit for a perfect God – spirit, soul, and body. This encouraging truth is the difference between morbid religion and life in Jesus!
