The Purpose of the Law, Part 2

What are we to make of all of those laws on the left side of our Bibles? Like many of the Jews in the first century, some today are under the impression that a person must keep those laws in order to be saved. Not only is that impossible, but it misses the purpose of the law. As we’ll learn today on a Daily Walk, the law is designed to reveal our sin and drive us to our Savior!

Many believers are still living under the Old Testament law. But does that mean, once we become saved, that we can continue in a lifestyle of sin? Is it ok to willingly engage in sin occasionally, knowing that forgiveness will be offered? The apostle Paul answers that for us in Romans chapter six.
