God Justifies

Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.
Romans 3:29-31

Notice how Paul spoke to the Jews and the Gentiles by using the circumcised and uncircumcised. He did this because he knew circumcision was an issue between them. He wanted both sides to understand that the Law was not to be placed under the carpet. The Law itself was not bad, but good! The Law convicted people; it condemned them and pushed them toward Jesus–– to the Cross of Jesus Christ.

The Law brought conviction, and it made the whole world guilty, even if people said they did not believe in God! He has given people intellect; they can see plainly the world He has made: the stars, the moon and sun. Everything in nature declares there is a God: The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork (Psalm 19:1). Look up to the heavens!

There is a God! He has given us enough facts in the Bible to know without a shadow of a doubt that Jesus is the Redeemer of the world. God will redeem all those who come to Him by faith––period!

Saving faith is an immediate relation to Christ, accepting, receiving, resting upon Him alone, for justification, sanctification, and eternal life by virtue of God's grace.
~C.H. Spurgeon~
