“. . . the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” (John 14:17)

In the Gospels, Jesus is with the disciples. But today the presence of the Holy Spirit will be within you. If your life is full of evil, He will be with you to restore you. If your life is withered, He will be with you to straighten your life out. If you are in a storm, He will be with you to still the storm by telling the winds, “Peace, be still.” When your resources are inadequate, He will be with you to give you more than enough.

It’s easy to believe that God is not at work in the ordinary. But He is!
