Day 18

PATIENCE

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you

to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus.

Romans 15:5 kjv

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, I understand your humanness. I never excuse sin, but I am here, ready to forgive. I see the intent of your heart. When discouragement pushes you to surrender, remember to be patient with yourself. You are a work in progress, and I am not finished with you yet. And I love working with weak vessels.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
How many times You give me second chances, Lord! How often You extend Your hand, welcoming me back to Your heart. You know I am dust, yet You patiently work with me, giving me time to change and developing my character into one that mirrors Your likeness. Thank You for not giving up on me.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Patience lets God write the calendar of our lives.
