Up until now, Job’s logic has been black-and-white. When God shows up, we can finally see things in color. Like broken shards of glass reflecting the morning sunlight, God uses the shattered, sinful hearts of mankind to point us to our need for Him. Reflected in fragments of earthly suffering and broken human logic, discover the brilliant, beautiful hope of Christ. It is in our willingness to be broken that we get to know Him.

Are you a student of God? Most people like to feel competent. We don’t like to get too involved in something we don’t know much about. One major takeaway from Job, is that we all have a limited knowledge of God and need to be teachable. Today, Dr. McGee shows us that God is a patient but powerful teacher. Don’t let your inexperience with God keep you from trusting what you do know about Him.
