When we think of revival, we think of a joyous tent meeting where hundreds of people walk down an aisle to receive salvation, don’t we? But in James 4:10, he paints a very different portrait of revival. He uses strong, descriptive words, such as affliction, mourning, and weeping, to portray it. So is he saying that revival is really supposed to be a sobering occasion? Stephen answers that question for us in today’s message.
