King George II started a noteworthy tradition in 1743 when he stood up during a performance of Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus." But he also provided a small glimpse into that coming day when all the saints will join in unison with all the angels and sing that song before the Lord. Whether we will stand in reverence on that day or fall to our knees is not certain. But this one thing is certain: there, before Christ, we will finally sing the "Hallelujah Chorus" like it was meant to be sung!
