Even Christians sugarcoat the word with phrases like “I made a mistake” or “I fell into temptation” or “I messed up.” Instead of calling ourselves sinners, we call ourselves “victims of circumstance” or “temporarily insane” or — you’ve heard this one before — “merely human”! But in this message Stephen informs us that the mastermind behind our sin is not Satan, the world, or circumstances...we are the culprit.
