What Ever Happened to the Lord's Day?

As we increasingly live in a 24/7 society and more businesses than ever now open their doors on Sunday, we need to ask ourselves the question. What ever happened to the Lord's Day? If we study the history of our nation, we can find that former generations honored the Christian Sabbath in our country. Today, we have commercial sports events on Sunday and think nothing about it. Can we honestly say that we are honoring the Lord on His Day in our modern society?
