Jesus instructed His disciples to take the gospel not only to the people of Jerusalem and Judea but even to Samaria and to the ends of the world. John Calvin comments, "Christ orders that, the wall of separation being broken down, they should make of both one body, that His Kingdom should arise in every place." Not only to the Jews but also to the Gentiles were they to go. In every place, Christ was to be proclaimed and His Kingdom established. Today, we are under the same command.
