Are we truly living in a post-Christian age or are better days for Christianity on the horizon? The parable of the yeast seems to indicate that Christianity is such a powerful force that it will permeate the whole world with its influence. Rather than declining, the Kingdom of God will increase in its influence on the world in the future. This should be our view if we take this parable seriously.
