Jesus came into a sinful world. He came to bring salvation to lost sinners. We must never lose sight of His purpose in coming. John 1:14 says, "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." Jesus came on a mission of grace. He came with the seeking grace of God. He came to seek out lost sinners and to bring them home to God. He was the Good Shepherd who leaves his flock and goes to find the lost sheep. Jesus left the glories of heaven and came down to earth to dwell among sinful human beings to bring them the grace of God. Jesus seeks lost sheep. Jesus is in the business of seeking lost sinners. He pursues sinners. He searches them out and finds them and brings them home to God.
