Iain Murray in his book Pentecost – Today? on the Biblical basis for understanding revival says this concerning the Holy Spirit: "His is the work which vitalizes the truth, making it real to the consciousness of the individual." When the gospel comes in the power of the Holy Spirit, lives are changed forever. Even whole nations are effected. May the gospel come today as it did long ago in times of great revival.
