The Day Sin Was Removed

The Old Testament prophets saw the day of Christ in the future. They prophesied about the coming of the Branch (the Messiah) who would do great things. Zechariah foretold that the Branch would come, and associated with His coming sin would be removed from the land in one day. We know that this has now happened when Jesus went to the cross and offered Himself as a sin offering for all time. Next Week’s Message: Building the Temple of the Lord (Zechariah 6:12-15)
