Jesus had been given all power in heaven and in earth. He then gives orders to His church to go and make disciples of all nations. The gospel was not just to stay in Jerusalem but was to advance into all the world. Today, the gospel continues to advance and we are under the same orders from Christ to make disciples of all nations.
