Jesus taught that we should let our words be true. In all that we say and do we should be truthful. He also taught that we should not use God’s name in an irreverent way. We should not use swear words in our conversation. Yet, today, it has become far too common for people to swear on all kinds of occasions. God's name is used as if it meant nothing. For such sins our society will pay the price if it doesn’t repent.
