The Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost but that was not the end of the outpourings of the Spirit. The Spirit was poured out at other times as well and each time the Spirit was poured out, the gospel advanced. Great Revivals have occurred in the past in which the Spirit was poured out in abundance and each time the gospel was spurred onward. Today, we continue to need Revival to help send forth the gospel into all the world.
