Jesus continues to expose the hypocrisy of the Scribes and Pharisees pointing out that their prayers were mainly to impress men. He again shows what it means to live in the presence of God and to cultivate our relationship with Him through prayer. Christians should be men and women of prayer as a way of life. They should live their lives in the presence of their Heavenly Father.
