God calls on the nation of Israel to repent of their sins and turn back to Him. He calls upon them to get a new heart. Now, we know that only God can give a new heart that is inclined toward righteousness. That is why we need to ask God to send revival to our nation that the people of our land might repent of their sins and turn back to Him.
