A Revival Among the Jews
Saturday, July 31, 2010

References: Zechariah 10

The Old Testament prophets looked forward to the time of Christ and saw in His coming a blessing for the people of Israel and Judah. The first fruits of this blessing came at the beginning of the New Testament Church in that the early church was made up mostly of Jews. It was the Jews who received the gospel on the day of Pentecost. The twelve apostles were Jews. The center of the New Testament Church in the beginning was at Jerusalem. From that Jewish beginning, the church quickly branched out to the Gentiles and became a worldwide movement. Are there further blessings to come to the Jews? Did the prophecy for blessing to Israel and Judah go beyond the beginning of the New Testament Church? Today's message will seek to answer these questions and more.
