Ten years ago a disaster came upon our nation in the form of 9/11. Since then we have experienced many more disasters whether in the form of tornadoes, hurricanes, fire, earthquakes, and others. What should be our proper response to these repeated disasters? What has been our national failure in response to these disasters?
