Do we possess something that is worth dying for? Freedom from tyranny, the liberation of women, justice for the oppressed-our world is full of worthy causes-causes that drive people into the streets with placards, demonstrations, and the resulting martyrs. But is there an ultimate cause-a cause that we can be absolutely sure is worth the price?
