The Ultimate Call
“If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me”
Jesus ask us to deny ourselves and take up our cross and follow him. What have you given up to follow Christ? The disciples denied themselves; their work, their love ones, families and friends to follow Christ. The key to obedience in Christ is yielding to the Holy Spirit which dwells in all Christians. Submit to God the Father, God the Son & God the Holy Spirit. He wants our total dependence on HIM! Our obedience to God is the highest praise or worship to HIM. We can’t change how we receive our salvation to HIM it never changes but, the when and where changes by denying ourselves our vices our lifestyle, our little gods for the ultimate relationship!
