Understanding the trinity is beyond man's understanding. So the best thing to do is just let God speak about it through the scripture - and the scripture teaches this doctrine as fact.

It's not easy to relate to an all-knowing, everywhere-present, all-powerful God. But the Trinity is one of the most difficult of all the Christian doctrines. The natural man always struggles with the supernatural.

As shown in Isaiah 6, man needs to be purified of his unholiness before he can stand in the presence of a Holy God. That's the significance of the Cross, where Christ became the perfect sacrifice for sin.

In Psalm 139 David asks where he can flee from the presence of God. But it's really a statement rather than a question. There's nowhere anyone can hide from the presence of God.

In Psalm 139, David marvels at the knowledge of God. He says that God knows all our movements, all our motives, and all our moments. So his reaction is to bow to the majesty of God.

Someone has estimated that man's knowledge doubles every 18 months. But that is insignificant compared to the knowledge of God. God knows literally everything - past, present and future.
