Most of us feel like we're juggling so many roles and responsibilities - in our homes, families, workplaces, social activities. How do we balance all of these things while being the reflection of Christ to the people we encounter every day? In this message, Jill teaches how we can use the example of the conscientious Proverbs 31 woman to have the Lord's heart for the world around us.
This is the final message in Jill's 4-message series, Queen of Hearts on the Proverbs 31 woman.

"A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person." -Mignon McLaughlinWhen 1 Corinthians 13 defines love, it ends with a simple statement: Love never fails. What could that possibly mean when the marriages of friends and family - and maybe even our own - are falling apart every day? In this final message from his series, To Love and to Cherish, Pete teaches how God can transform any marriage when spouses remain committed to the Lord and to the promises they’ve made to one another. I Corinthians 13:7-8 and Mark 10:2-9

Explosive arguments can hurt a marriage, but silence can destroy a relationship, too. When spouses keep unresolved issues to themselves, it's like filling a gunnysack. The more hurts are stuffed into it, the heavier it gets. And then one day it bursts open, and every past frustration pours out all at once.Has that happened to you? Has some inconsequential argument turned into a raging fight because your gunnysack finally burst? Be encouraged! Pete Briscoe turns to Scripture to describe how you can get rid of the gunnysack and strengthen your marriage.I Corinthians 13:4-11 and Ephesians 4:25-26

You know the saying, "Won the battle but lost the war."  It's actually a profound description of what can happen in a marriage if one spouse insists on always winning arguments and getting their own way. The victory may feel good in the short term, but it can do serious damage to your relationship, long term. In this 2nd message in his series, To Love and to Cherish Pete Briscoe teaches from Philippians 2:1-7 on how to achieve real victory in marriage by being willing to lose.
