Everybody you’ve ever met is in the process of living a lifetime. Every one of them has developed a certain approach to life; we call it a lifestyle. Behind every lifestyle is a system of beliefs that determines attitudes and actions. You could call this living by faith. But in what?

"For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging, comforting, and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into His kingdom and glory," I Thess. 2:11-12.

Friends are fun, special, unique, diverse and important. Even though God fulfills our every need, He brings other Christians into our lives so we can see Him in new ways and experience Him with them.

It is normal and natural for a Christ-centered person to want to share the life that he or she has found in Christ, but it's not always easy to do. The apostle Paul knew this, so at the end of the book of Colossians, he gave us some helpful hints on how to share our faith with others. In this message, Pete walks us through the eight things Paul highlights to help us grow God's kingdom. This is the 12th message in Pete's 13-message series from Colossians titled "Truly Centered."

Imagine you are walking in a park and you slip and fall into a pile of mud. Your clothes would be filthy! Those filthy clothes represent the old life you had before you knew Christ. But when we become Christians, God has a whole new wardrobe He wants us to wear. In this message, Pete explains what rags we need to remove from our lives so that we can put on the new garments God has for us. This is the 10th message in Pete's 13-message series from Colossians titled "Truly Centered."

When taking a picture, you first look through the viewfinder and then determine what will be the focal point of the photo. If your life were a picture, what would be the focal point? The apostle Paul tells us our focus has to be Jesus Christ, and everything else in our lives must compliment Him. In this message, Pete walks us through what the apostle Paul says about making Jesus the focal point of our life. This is the 9th message in Pete's 13-message series from Colossians titled "Truly Centered."

In Bible times, when a person had leprosy, they would use rags to cover their open sores because they were very contagious. In the book of Isaiah, it says that all of our righteous acts are like filthy rags - like the unclean rags used by people with leprosy. So if our good acts can never be righteous to God, then how can we live in Heaven? In this message, Jill teaches about our Jehovah Sidqenu, which means "Jesus is my righteousness." She lets us know how we can be righteous in God's eyes. This is the 8th and final message in Jill's 8-message series "The Names of God." Jeremiah 23:5-6; Job 31:6; Psalm 62:9; Daniel 5; Luke 15

Sheep rely on their shepherd to love them, lead them, and give them food and water. In this same way, we can depend on the Lord to be our shepherd, and He will love us, lead us, and provide nourishment for our soul. In this message, Jill talks about God as our Jehovah Ro'i, or shepherd, so we can know what wonderful things God provides for us, His sheep. This is the 7th message in Jill's 8-message series "The Names of God." Ezekiel 34:2-17; Psalm 23; John 10:6; Luke 15
